Bad location, dirty rooms, would not stay here

Good party atmosphere, with fun bar and restaurant. The name of the place is unique which draws mostly young people to the property. They have a party mostly everyday.

After I slept there there the first night I left because there was bugs and cockroach in my room. The sheets were dirty and the hotel is in a construction zone which should have been made clear. About 1km away from White beach but the road that leads there is not a road it is under construction and is basically a dirt and dust road. Will not be staying here again. Also the wifi does not work in the rooms and does barely work in the lobby.

住过最让人恶心的青旅，没有之一。 I have been traveled more than 15 countries. Four times in boracay. Mad monkey boracay is the most disgusting hostel ever.

中国同胞，甚至亚洲伙伴请慎重选择这家青旅。Only two days in mad monkey, it was totally exploding my mind. Seem nobody slept in the hostel, only party, garbage everywhere after party and people loudly talking the whole night in the yard. The second night, only four person dorm, two groups people came back in the early morning had sex in a row with vomiting smell. The first night, the Ireland dude came back at 4.30am with KFC, dining on the bed. Food smell mix with vomit smell made me awake, only after the noise party 3hours. Oh did I mention the used condom on my bed that my upper bed Ireland dude dropped it? Wow. ... still in processing.... ironically, the reception asked me check the hostel policies two times when I checked in. Still...Wow...

Would definitely book again. Miss you already guys.

Had the best and craziest stay in Boracay. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and ended up staying a whole week. The staff is amazing and they make you feel like home every day. The food is really good and the drinks pretty cheap. If you want to meet people from all over the world, make friends, and have the best time of your life, this is where you want to stay. Shout out to Brandon, Sam and Melissa, love you guys.

Staff was helpful however we never saw the deposit from our...

Staff was helpful however we never saw the deposit from our towel. They did not understand that we switched from dorm to private room and therefore still had the towels with the deposit. But overall it was a good place to stay.

The hostel is close to D'mall.

The hostel is close to D'mall. And life within the hostel is party all day til' night. I arrived at night time and instantly got drunk. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Expect to meet more Foreign than locals.

I could say some power outlet is not maintained/not functional. The room could be also hot during the day. No complimentary toiletries and I want to highlight the absence of curtain to each bed. I find the bed curtain essential to a hostel for privacy purposes.

Wished it was shorter if I’m honest

Beds were comfy, and large. Had a pool, and free WiFi in reception area. Bar food was average, staff were generally nice.

The music blasts every night until 1am, so loud that you can actually feel the bed vibrating, hear every word of the song and voices of all the drunk guests. I would only suggest staying here if you enjoy getting blind drunk every night. Also the hostel is on a road that is having significant building and renovations work, the area around the hostel has large spikes, holes, machinery and is poorly lit.

Very social hostel, easy to meet people and guaranteed to...

Very social hostel, easy to meet people and guaranteed to have a good time, although personally I'd stay elsewhere and just visit the bar on an evening

You have to pay for tap water even though they offer alcohol for free at certain times, really need to check priorities there, water should be free, also 8 bed dorms are not that nice, wasn't very clean and sheets didn't look very clean either, there are nicer places to stay that are cheaper close by

very nice except racism....

i like all the filipino employees the are all very accommodating response very fast with all your needs ..i also like the bar and swimming pole...

no area to eat or reheat are take out foods. i also notice your employee name melissa is seem racist to me.. my filipino friend is trying to answer her question on bar games regarding name that tune but she keeps on ignoring her.what she want somebody to answer the question are those Caucasian people.

Amazing Party Atmosphere.

This place has the most amazing fun party atmosphere. Special shout out to Mel and Sam!!! You guys do an amazing job at maintaining the lively energy of the place. "There's free shots at the bar, Let's Go!" Friendly reception to welcome you upon arrival. Great housekeeping staff: The beds are large and comfortable. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Most of all, there is a great mix of fun people that you would meet, eager to make friends and party. Special shout out to Enzo!

Best part hostel

Lots of Aussies and Brits!!!! Good for partying. Even if you wanna go to sleep you can feel the music in your bed until late. It is difficult get into the crowd of people who must have loved few kilometers from each other and they meet in far away land. Its all like from one tribe. So it is difficult but at the same time fun and challenging to get into the tribe. ;-)

Bathrooms and rooms are unclean. The elect3ic socket dont work. I stayed in different beds during my stay, same problem with Electric sockets. Lots of Aussies and Brits!!!

„Wer Party machen will ist hier genau richtig!

Es ist immer etwas los - absolutes Partyhostel. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, das Doppelzimmer war sehr groß und eigentlich auch sehr sauber, jedoch haben wir einmal Besuch von einer Kakerlake bekommen.

Baustelle direkt vor der Tür. Nicht auffällig laut, jedoch sind Wege, Straßen usw. beschränkt

„Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gross.

Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gross. Man hatte warm Wasser zum duschen. Das Essen schmeckt auch sehr gut und das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer Party liebt ist s im MadMonkey hostel an der richtigen Adresse.

Muy buena experiencia

En general la comida muy rica, el ambiente es muy entretenido. Hay fiesta todos los días, excelente para conocer gente y pasarlo bien. Muy limpio para ser un hostal de fiesta.

El personal muy amable y siempre disponible para dar solución a los problemas que se presentaron. Si quieres conocer gente, este es el lugar, tiene un bar entretenido con actividad todos los días

El baño estuvo con desperfecto durante toda la estancia, y no había una renovación constante de los útiles de aseo básicos.
